The staff were always friendly. The Henri Restaurant offered a wonderful dining experience. Our room was spacious and clean. It was very easy to get around because of the central location.
The gym is quite small with limited equipment.

The staff was friendly. The bathroom included a towel warmer, it was a nice touch. The room also featured a fireplace. It created a cozy atmosphere (i liked that).
We asked to store our luggage for a few hours after check-out. I was told we would have to pay per bag to hold luggage. I have never experienced that before.

The gym was a bit of a letdown. Small with limited equipment. i also found the wifi connection unreliable, frustrating. i needed it for some work tasks. the 'do not disturb' sign was absent from the room, leading to an awkward encounter with housekeeping while i was showering... not ideal.
